I have taken my dog to Dakotah’s since she was a puppy. The staff is amazing. From the people working directly with dogs in the play areas to the front desk, to the trainers and groomers, these people have a heart for dogs. They make sure my dog has a great experience every time she’s in daycare, boarded or groomed. I love the treats and pictures on my dog’s birthday and the free holiday photos with a professional pet photographer were fun and beautiful.

I can watch her throughout the day on the doggie cams. If I’m away for several days, I can call to see how things are going and I’ve never had a cranky response. If I’m concerned about something, it’s promptly addressed. Crates and dishes are cleaned each day in boarding and the facility is always clean. It’s a fun environment for dogs and humans. The owner, John, is usually around. I never worry when my dog is at Dakotah’s.
